I had an estate collection of coins that I needed to sell. I talked with four different places to get an idea of how they did business and how they valued the items I had. Three of the four provided nearly identical valuations and seemed to have a very business like approach. Dave, provided a bit higher value on my inquiry but more importantly he had an approach that made me feel like he would take time to answer my questions and truly value each item. As an example a silver half dollar from 1921 is worth about $8 in silver, but due to the collectibility and depending on condition it may be worth $200 or more. I was very confident working with Dave, he spent over two hours with me as he valued each item in the collection. Other companies suggested that they would only need 20 or 30 minutes to do the same work. He was fair and accurate (I researched many items for past selling prices on eBay and on line valuation sites prior to this to assure I was getting treated fairly). Dave did a great job and I was pleased with the experience!
